Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach is a planned condominium tower with 88 residences and penthouses at 400 Hibiscus Street, on the southeast corner of Hibiscus Street and S Dixie Highway, one block east of Rosemary Square (formerly CityPlace) and several blocks west of the Intracoastal Waterway. Designed by OMA as two interlocking residential volumes above a multi-level podium, it has interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and landscape architecture by Enea. It is the first U.S. residential project under Banyan Group's flagship Banyan Tree brand and replaces the low-rise former home of the Arthritis Foundation. Plans include a full-floor wellness and spa level, a resort-style pool with cabanas, an open-air cinema and about 11,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
