A gated community of condominium towers in the north end of the city, bordered by Lake Mangonia and the Banyan Cay golf course.
Lands of the President is a gated complex of high-rise condominium towers along Presidential Way, with 24-hour manned security. Lake Mangonia forms much of its eastern edge, and the towers are set around the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course at the Banyan Cay resort (club use requires a separate membership).
The towers include Washington, Lincoln and Jefferson, built in 1972, and Envoy, completed in 1984. Downtown West Palm Beach and Clematis Street are a few miles away.
