CityPlace South Tower is a 20-story building developed by The Related Group at 550 Okeechobee Boulevard, at the southern edge of the CityPlace district (now Rosemary Square) in downtown West Palm Beach. Designed by Miami-based Roger Fry & Associates Architects and built by Moss & Associates, it opened in 2008 with 380 tower units, 40 villas and about 9,333 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. An adjoining parking garage has a 22,940-square-foot recreation deck with a pool and spa. The surrounding CityPlace district was master-planned in 1993 by Duany Plater-Zyberk & Co.
