American Land Housing Group developed it as a mixed-use rental project with about 13,728 square feet of ground-floor shops, designed by Dorsky Hodgson + Partners, and it opened in 2002. In 2005 it sold to Margolias Realty Group, a condominium conversion firm, and it now operates as a condominium. Upper east-facing floors have Intracoastal and distant ocean views, and amenities include a heated rooftop pool and hot tub, a fitness center, a billiards room and a lobby attendant.
