Apogee is a planned condominium tower from Miami-based Related Group on a waterfront parcel of about 1.5 acres at 4906 N Flagler Drive, north of Currie Park and near the Northwood Harbor Historic District. The first proposal was a 25-story, 46-unit tower, and the planning board recommended rejecting it in December 2023. The developer then scaled it down to a 21-story tower with 39 residences. The planning board recommended the rezoning in January 2025, and the City Commission later rezoned the site to a Residential Planned Development. Related Group is not affiliated with Related Cos., the New York firm led by Stephen Ross.
