Forté on Flagler is a cylinder-shaped tower about 300 feet tall on the Intracoastal Waterway on South Flagler Drive, designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors by Jean-Louis Deniot. Most floors have two flow-through residences, which can be combined into a full-floor home, and ceilings are at least 10 feet. The amenity levels include a pool deck with a 75-foot lap pool and heated spa, a wellness suite with steam room and sauna, a fitness center, yoga studio, theater, private dining room and guest suites. The building topped out in April 2024, and closings began in July 2025.
