South Flagler House is Related Ross's two-tower condominium on a 3-acre Intracoastal site just east of the Norton Museum of Art, overlooking Palm Beach Island and the Atlantic Ocean. Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed two identical 28-story towers rising from a base lined with stepped gardens, with interiors by Pembrooke & Ives. Plans call for about 50,000 square feet of amenities, including a resort-style pool deck, fitness and wellness facilities, private dining rooms, an indoor pickleball court, a theater, and a library and card room. The project broke ground in April 2024 and topped out in November 2025.
