Each residence will have private elevator access and a wraparound balcony. The residences include two- to four-bedroom units, two multi-level villas and a full-floor penthouse. Planned amenities include a rooftop pool and spa with a fitness center, a ground-level pool with a bar, a pickleball court and a garden lounge. The roughly three-acre site was previously the Poinsettia Apartments, a 1966 complex.
